Due to the outbreak of the Corona Virus that is forcing people worldwide to isolate themselves, I have moved my teachings into an online format.
Online courses run for between 5 and 10 weeks depending on the topic. Registration will open a week or two prior to the start of any given course. Once you are registered, you will receive an email and access to the course videos on the starting date. You won’t be able to register or join after a course has began, however once a course is completed, if there is enough interest I will run it again.
All videos are prerecorded, so you can watch (and re-watch) them at any time you please during the course. You will need at least 15 minutes of practise every day to engage with the material properly, and of course doing more than this will produce more apparent results. Anyone with an internet connection is welcome to join the courses and there is no need for a certain level of fitness or previous experience in any of the topics unless specifically stated.
For the duration of the pandemic period, I will be offering a 50% discount on any course to anyone who needs it due to loss of employment or financial hardships. You’ll need to contact me directly to gain access to this. Refunds are not available once a course has commenced.
